The United Kingdom is our home market and where most of our work originates. Our clients are typically organisations of 200 to 5,000 people whose operations have outgrown a configured platform: NHS and private healthcare providers, energy brokers and suppliers, property and lettings groups, professional services firms and manufacturers.
UK engagements are contracted with our UK entity, led by UK-based technical leadership, and hosted in UK regions unless you specify otherwise.

Where UK regulation shapes the build
Sector knowledge in the UK is mostly knowledge of UK-specific data models and regulators. Healthcare work means EMIS Web and SystmOne integration, HL7 v2 and FHIR UK Core, DSPT expectations and clinical risk management under DCB0129 and DCB0160. Energy work means MPAN and MPRN registries, Elexon data flows and Ofgem reporting. Property work means Rightmove and Zoopla feeds, deposit protection rules and client money protection. Professional services work means SRA Accounts Rules and AML checks.
None of that transfers cleanly from a generic international platform, which is usually why the configured system ran out of room in the first place.

How UK engagements run
Engagements start with a fixed-fee discovery sprint that produces an architecture document, integration map, phased estimate and risk register, and the fee is credited against the build. Delivery runs in two-week iterations with a staging environment your team can use from the first sprint. Support arrangements carry defined response times and a standing change budget so the system keeps pace with the operation.

Do you work with public sector buyers?
We work with NHS trusts, primary care organisations and private providers directly and as a subcontractor. We are candid about framework status rather than implying accreditation we do not hold — ask and we will tell you exactly which routes to market are open for your procurement.
Where is UK client data hosted?
By default in UK regions of Azure or AWS, or in your own tenancy where you prefer to own the hosting relationship. Where any processing happens outside the UK it is covered by an IDTA or the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs with a Transfer Risk Assessment on file.
Can we meet the team in person?
Yes. Glasgow and London are the usual meeting points, and technical leadership travels to client sites for discovery workshops and steering meetings.
