Our work falls into four practices: custom software development, CRM and portal development, legacy modernisation and enterprise integration. In practice most engagements are a combination — a new operational system usually means replacing something old and connecting to five things that must keep working.

Clients are typically organisations of 200 to 5,000 people in healthcare and dental, energy and utilities, hospitality, real estate and professional services. Each of those sectors has a dedicated delivery practice with its own reference architectures and integration knowledge, because the difficulty in these builds is rarely the application itself — it is the systems it has to agree with and the rules it has to satisfy.

The contracting entity is the UK company, and all commercial and data protection obligations sit with it under English law. Technical leadership — solution architects, engineering leads, delivery leads — is based in the UK and Germany. Engineering capacity spans all three locations, including a directly employed team in Pakistan working to the same review standards and security policy.

We serve clients globally, with most work delivered for organisations in the UK, Ireland, Germany and the wider EU. Where a client requires UK-only or EU-only delivery, that is available and priced accordingly. The delivery model page sets out the structure in full.

Delivery happens in dedicated pods: a named architect, a delivery lead, engineers, QA and design as required, assigned to one client for the duration of a phase. We do not move engineers between accounts to fill utilisation gaps, because the cost of re-learning a complex domain is paid by the client, not the supplier.

Sector practices sit alongside the pods and own the reference architectures, integration adapters and regulatory knowledge for their industry. That is how a small team can pick up an EMIS or Elexon integration without starting from the specification each time.

• Builds below roughly £250,000, where the overhead of a dedicated architect, QA function and separate environments is poor value for the client.
• Fixed-price contracts for scope nobody has examined. If we have not run discovery or reviewed an equivalent document, we will not put a number on a build.
• Rescue work where the client wants the same plan delivered faster. We will take on a failing programme, but only after a reassessment that may conclude the plan was the problem.
• Consumer applications, marketing websites, brochureware and games. Different craft, different economics.
• Engagements where we would be prevented from talking directly to the people who use the system.
