How we work
Three stages, in this order

Discovery and scoping
A fixed-fee sprint that produces an architecture document, integration map, phased estimate and risk register. The fee is credited against the build.
02
Architecture and build
Two-week iterations against an agreed architecture, with a staging environment your team can use from the first sprint and demonstrable output every fortnight.
03
Run and evolve
Support arrangements with defined response times, plus a standing change budget so the system keeps pace with the operation rather than freezing at go-live.
Delivery model
Where the work happens, stated plainly
Procurement will ask, so here it is up front. Your contract is with the UK entity and is governed by English law. Technical leadership — solution architect, engineering lead, delivery lead — sits in the UK and Germany. Engineering capacity sits across all three of our locations, including Pakistan.
- Dedicated pods, not a shared pool. The engineers on your system stay on your system.
- A minimum of four hours of working-day overlap with UK time, with named contacts reachable during UK business hours.
- All intellectual property, including source code, assigns to you on payment. Repositories can be hosted in your own tenancy from day one.
- Personal data transfers outside the UK are governed by an IDTA or the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs, with a Transfer Risk Assessment on file.
