GDPR pushes lawful basis, retention and erasure into the data model rather than into a policy document: retention becomes an enforceable rule on the record, erasure has to work through integrations, and subject access has to be answerable from the system. NIS2 raises logging, incident response and supplier assurance expectations for in-scope organisations. The EU AI Act makes automated decisions something you must be able to explain, which in practice means storing inputs, model version and rationale alongside the outcome.
Sector rules then layer on top — MDR for clinical software claims, PSD2 for payment initiation, national health data rules that differ member state by member state.

Yes. EU-region hosting in Azure, AWS or your own tenancy, with the processing map agreed in discovery so you know exactly which components touch personal data and where they run. Where any access from outside the EEA is required for support, it is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses with a transfer impact assessment.
Delivery documentation is produced in English. German-language stakeholder coordination is available through our Berlin presence. For other languages we build multilingual interfaces routinely, but we do not claim native-language project management we cannot staff.
By treating them as design constraints rather than a compliance appendix. Where a system includes automated decision-making we record inputs, model version and rationale so the decision is explainable; where a client falls in scope of NIS2 we align logging, incident response and supplier obligations with what their own reporting duties require.
